- 2 sprigs fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

1.In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir until evenly distributed. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
